Meet Robin Lily
As a weaver of roots and waterways, I trace cadences across natural cycles, nurturing reciprocity between ecology and creativity. Braiding the biological sciences with the fine and healing arts, I kindle integrative change through compassionate collaboration. Immersing myself among plants and people with extraordinary stories informs my cultivation of adaptogenic ingredients for regenerative justice and mind-body-biome vibrancy. Over time, this process has included designing sustainable frameworks for contemplative and somatic engagement, teaching transdisciplinary courses in community and university settings, and publishing peer-reviewed research on the self-empowering medicine of creative expression.
My professional practice began in 2015 as Aurily LLC, a name that celebrates my avian and botanical ancestors by conveying the “Authentically Unfolding Robin Lily” nature of my trajectory. Throughout the first decade, personal healing and additional training dovetailed to underscore the importance of relational and sensorial approaches to systemic transformation, prompting me to meld emergent strategy, decolonial praxis, and complexity science into my methodologies. These congruent blueprints intermingled with alchemical conversations with colleagues, inspiring Aurily to expand into reciprocal ripples, the home of our shared commitment to collective flourishing.
Today I steward this space alongside remarkable practitioners who emanate kindness and boundless wisdom. By (be)holding the nuances and synchronies among our styles, we compose collages of complementary programs. My contributions unite herbal imagery with poetry choreography, and Organic Intelligence® coaching with Healing-Centered Education consulting. Together, these accessible opportunities support capacity-building and post-trauma growth toward equity and prosiliency across ecological, neurobiological, and societal systems. I warmly welcome individuals of all lineages and identities into holistic, academic, and artistic partnerships. By attuning to the Earth and honoring our intertwining rhythms, we can nourish restorative and revolutionary experiences of wholeness.

“Robin has a quiet, gentle, thoughtful, yet powerful and grounded presence and she brings that to her sessions and her work with people. Knowing her and experiencing her healing work has contributed to my sense of belonging and acceptance in the world, and helps me stay connected to the energy and power of unlimited possibilities in our world.”
Land Acknowledgement & Rematriation Commitment
reciprocal ripples has taken shape while deepening my relationship with the Great Lakes region and expanding my understanding of this sacred place as the traditional home of the Anishinaabe, Wyandot, and Menominee People. Through restorative interdisciplinary processes, I work toward rematriation to renew these lands and waterways as well as the lifeways of their original caretakers.
